Important Information
Arrival Time
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow time for check-in and completion of liability waivers.
Group Size
Private tours are limited to the number of guests originally booked. Additional participants may only join at the guide’s discretion and must pay the full public ticket price in cash at the start of the tour.
Liability Waiver, Media and Photo Consent
All participants over the age of 18 must complete a liability waiver and media and photo consent form before the tour begins. For guests under 18, parents will complete the form.

Refund Policy
Public tours follow our standard 72-hour refund policy.
Private tours follow a separate refund policy and are not fully refundable once confirmed. Refund decisions for private events are handled case-by-case at the discretion of Haunted History Hamburg, particularly when planning, guide scheduling, or merchandise orders are involved.
Once this is confirmed, we will finalize your private tour and contact you shortly!
