Refund & Cancellation Policy – Haunted History Hamburg
1. Standard Refunds
Guests may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, travel disruption), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.
3. No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Weather Policy
Tours run rain or shine. No refunds are provided due to weather conditions unless we cancel the tour.
5. Cancellations by Haunted History Hamburg
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Merchandise Refunds
All merchandise is made to order and produced through our printing and shipping partners , so refunds are only available in limited cases.
We'll happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted - just contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery .
However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
Incorrect size or color selections
Change of mind after ordering
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the buyer
Customs delays or fees
Please double-check your order details and shipping information before checkout to avoid any issues.
