Refund & Cancellation Policy – Haunted History Hamburg

1. Standard Refunds

  • Guests may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, travel disruption), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.

3. No-Shows

  • Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Weather Policy

  • Tours run rain or shine. No refunds are provided due to weather conditions unless we cancel the tour.

5. Cancellations by Haunted History Hamburg

  • In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Merchandise Refunds

All merchandise is made to order and produced through our printing and shipping partners , so refunds are only available in limited cases.

We'll happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted - just contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery .

However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color selections

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the buyer

  • Customs delays or fees
