a) When you visit the website

When you visit our website, information is automatically collected and stored in so-called server log files. This includes:

When you book a tour, we collect:

  • WhatsApp number (if you provide it, for short-term updates)

  • Payment details (processed exclusively by our ticketing partner Ticket Tailor; we do not store any payment details ourselves)

  • if applicable, information on accessibility/support needs (voluntary)

  • Emergency contact if necessary (voluntary)

Purpose & legal basis:
 Processing the booking, execution of the contract and customer communication (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

c) Communication

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we will process your information (name, contact details, message) to answer your request.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).

d) Photos and social media

  • We occasionally take photos during the tours.

  • We never use photos with recognizable children for marketing purposes.

  • We only use photos with recognizable adults with your written consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

3. Sharing of data

Your data will only be passed on:

  • to our ticket provider Ticket Tailor (to process your booking),

  • to payment service providers such as PayPal or Stripe (if you choose them),

  • if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

4. WhatsApp

If you give us your WhatsApp number, we will use it exclusively to organize your tour. We have set automatic deletion to 90 days. Your phone number may remain stored in our contacts until you request deletion.

Our website may use cookies to make it easier to use. Cookies do not harm your device.
