Participation in this tour is at your own risk. Haunted History Hamburg and its guides accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Participants are expected to follow guide instructions and exercise reasonable care throughout the event.

Participation of Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the tour.

A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this waiver on behalf of the minor before participation. Minors who do not have a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian may not participate in the tour.

Adults accompanying minors (such as relatives, teachers, or other caregivers) are responsible for supervising them during the tour but may not sign this waiver unless they are the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

By signing this form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these participation and liability terms.

Media Consent

Haunted History Hamburg occasionally takes photos or short videos during tours for use on our website and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Identifiable photos or videos of adults will only be used with consent.

We will never publish identifiable photos of minors.

By selecting your choice below, you confirm whether you consent to Haunted History Hamburg using photos or videos that may include you for marketing or social media purposes.

If you give consent, you may revoke it at any time by emailing hhtourssj@gmail.com. We will stop using your images in future materials. Previously published content (such as older posts) may remain but will not be reused.
