Day-Of Tour Instructions

Thank you for booking a walking tour with Haunted History Hamburg!
To help everything run smoothly, please review these general guidelines before your tour.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at your designated meeting point (see below) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time .
Your guide will also arrive 15 minutes early , holding a black umbrella with the Haunted History Hamburg logo, so you can easily spot them. Feel free to text us on Whatsapp att+49 1514 13709 or email us at hhtourssj@gmail.com.

Tours begin promptly at the listed time. Late arrivals may miss the start of the tour and are considered no-shows under our refund policy.

Weather & Clothing

Tours operate rain or shine, so please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes - Hamburg's cobblestones can be slippery, and some routes include uneven ground.

Accessibility

We do our best to make every route as accessible as possible , but some historic areas may include stairs or narrow paths.
If anyone in your group requires mobility accommodations or planned rest stops , please contact us in advance so we can adjust the route accordingly.

Facilites

There are no scheduled restroom breaks during most tours.
If you anticipate needing one, please let us know ahead of time , and we'll plan the route near available facilities when possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund .
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable , except in emergencies such as illness or travel disruption.
If Haunted History Hamburg cancels a tour for safety or unforeseen reasons, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. See our refund policy.
