Arrival & Start Time
Arrive 15 minutes early. Tours begin promptly and late arrivals may be considered no-shows.
Find Your Guide
Your guide will hold a black umbrella or we’ll message you with an identifying detail.
Weather & Conditions
Tours run rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for weather and uneven cobblestone streets.
Stay Updated
We’ll try to send important tour updates by WhatsApp before your tour.

Accessibility
We do our best to keep routes as accessible as possible, but some areas may include stairs, narrow paths, or uneven ground.
If anyone in your group needs mobility accommodations or planned rest stops, please contact us in advance.
Facilities
There are no scheduled restroom breaks during most tours.
If you anticipate needing one, let us know ahead of time and we’ll plan near available facilities when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, except in emergencies such as illness or travel disruption.
