Custom Event T-Shirts

This form is for groups who have already booked a private HH Tours event that includes custom T-shirts. Submit your shirt sizes, design notes, and delivery details here.

You can ask HH Tours to design the shirts, share a general idea, or send us a completed design. All custom event shirts will include HH Tours branding.

We will verify how many shirts are included in your booking before production begins. Additional shirts may require approval and separate payment.

Enter the number of shirts needed for each size. Sizes follow standard EU sizing used by our print provider.

Please double-check sizes before submitting. Once production begins, sizes cannot be changed.

Delivery

Custom shirts will be shipped to one designated contact person before the event.

T-Shirt Submission Terms

  • This form is for events that have already been booked and paid for.
  • Shirt quantities, sizes, and design requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the event.
  • HH Tours will verify how many shirts are included in your booking before production begins.
  • Additional shirts may require advance approval and additional payment.
  • HH Tours will provide a design proof for approval before production begins.
  • If design approval is not received promptly, HH Tours may proceed with a standard HH Tours design.
  • Orders submitted after the 8-week deadline may not arrive in time.
  • Once production begins, shirt orders cannot be changed or refunded.
  • All custom shirts will include HH Tours branding.
